The Role of our DE&I Clinical Trial Advisory Board

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. Putting the patient first guides how we act, helping us make decisions we can be proud of today, and in the future. It also helps us take bolder steps to ensure that all our patients receive the quality health care and treatments they deserve.

One way we are doing this is through our DE&I Clinical Trial Advisory Board, one of our efforts to ensure our clinical trials are accessible and inclusive for everyone. Consisting of a cross-functional, global, and diverse group of employees, the Board is committed to ensuring community and patient-facing materials are culturally competent and create a better understanding of the clinical research process for a diverse audience.

Our Advisory Board is one of many ways we’re incorporating a DE&I agenda not just with our people, but with the patients who rely on our treatments. We're committed to a long-term journey of change in processes, policies, and mindsets.
