Can you share how you've achieved deep expertise in your field and any recognition you've received for it?
Achieving deep expertise in the field of GMS GQ is about going where the people are and talk to them directly when it comes to producing and manufacturing Takeda products - as example : listening and observing the process and feedback of our shopfloor colleagues, producing business process map and re-telling the stories with data.
These data will then be transformed to the quality that will allow us to make better control of risk and uncertainty, to make the best decision based on informed predictions and simulations before that it even happens in real life.
It is also about experimentation : as soon as a new technological solution is out, it is up to us to "torture" it to assess if it is a match to our organizations in terms of value provided and promised by the vendor.
At Takeda, we have strong values where we put the Patients and Employees at the middle so making sure that such change is for good is our priority.
By doing so and making the right partnership outside of Takeda, I was recognized being a pioneer in human innovation and for moving the needle in the organization.
How do you serve as a go-to resource for insights and advice, especially when guiding colleagues and peers?
I serve as a go-to resource for my knowledge in data and AI and additionally for my way of learning how to learn or coaching how to coach other.
I don't have all the answers to questions so I will either help you find the right contact or ask the right question to get to the right insights and advice.
Could you provide an example of how your innovative solutions have influenced strategies at Takeda?
Starting with simple and fast PoC has influenced the organization to understand that we can delivery fast and without a lot of budget.
It also has teached that something it is better to fail fast then to put too much preparation, development effort and money in something that is not adapted to our organization.
Another example is to create new waves to get to deliver PoC by doing good and good business: a partnership with a free coding school. It was the perfect match as Takeda is raising its brand awareness in Technology and AI, early talents management while teaching on a practical way the students to delivery real world use cases with a fair amount of compensation.
The organization is now counting on it for many projects to be delivered.
What steps have you taken to continually enhance your expertise and thought leadership within your field?
It is important to always stay in touch with colleagues (in person - online or hybrid) to get a sense of the field work, have direct feedback and make sure that we value and upskill them while changing the organization.
Having a certain curiosity outside of the industry and looking at trends allow us to be able to develop new ideas and experiments and participating actively to Takeda Resources Group is one among other way to develop leadership skills in a safe space and show case it when it is time for career growth.
Share a specific instance where your subject mastery and guiding authority led to significant positive outcomes for a project or initiative at Takeda.
The partnership with 42 : free coding school has been a mastery and guide to authority to make a significant positive outcomes at Takeda.
We targeted directly all the steps of the process in GMS GQ and we took on strongly our corporate social responsibility at hand. Spending brand awareness with strong link to impactful project deliveries and not only marketing KPIs.
This is only the start of a global collaboration where many will know Takeda from the inside and hopefully match with our values and grow with us.
