About Our Innovation Capability Center India
The Innovation Capability Center (ICC) is an organization focused on delivering innovative solutions utilizing primarily our internal capabilities to enable Takeda's data and digital transformation and build future skills in-house.
ICC India launched in early 2024 as the third ICC of Takeda. With the expansion to ICC APAC center in Bengaluru, India, Takeda is now well placed to deliver innovative DD&T solutions to its customers across time zones. Catering to Takeda’s Asia Pacific requirements, the Bangalore ICC plans to expand significantly over the next two years.

The ICC strengthens Takeda´s presence in the country, unleashing the power of data and digital, empowering local tech talent and fostering local collaboration with the tech ecosystem.
As part of our diverse talent pool, women within Data, Digital, and Technology play a key role in driving innovation to tackle the most pressing healthcare challenges of today and tomorrow.
