Job Description

Job Title: SFE Lead
Location: Turkey, İstanbul

About the role:

Sales Force Effectiveness Lead will be responsible of analyzing and reporting of SFE KPIs, IQVIA territory data, supporting digital initiatives

How you will contribute:

Role Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Coordination of SFE projects 
  • Ensure effective use of systems and seeks of any technological solutions in order to improve operational excellence of processes.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly sales and calls reports,
  • Calculates of sales incentives in line with the SIP
  • Prepare and analyse monthly Sales Force Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their annual performance targets and evaluation.
  • Administrate CRM/CLM systems.
  • Track the segmentation, territory alignment and targeting.
  • Train salesforce on CRM and IQVIA reporting
  • Manage all consents in CRM and IYS
  • Prepares weekly/monthly IQVIA reports
  • Tracks Omnichannel Activities in CRM

Role Mandatory Responsibilities

  • To act in-line with Takeda’s “Information Security Policy” and “Acceptable use of the Technology Policy” 
  • Being a Quality Ambassador communicating product quality issues to Quality Team in a timely manner
  • Excels ethical behavior: Act with integrity and as a role model for Takeda's values, ethics and values-based decision making (Takeda-ism) at all times.
  • Training & Compliance: Timely completion of all mandatory global trainings and compliance with Takeda policies & procedures
  • Speak-up for Integrity: Raising concerns in a good faith to Ethics Line, first line manager and/or E&C Team

What you bring to Takeda:

Qualifications

  • Education: A relevant university degree,
  • Experience: Min. 3 years of experience
  • Language: Good command of English both written and oral
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Power BI knowledge prefered
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Awareness
  • Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills: ability to relate to wide range of individuals at all levels and establishes good relationships.
  • Result oriented personality with strong planning, reporting and analytical skills
