I was initially hired as part of a graduate program, rotating across different functions in a manufacturing site. This allowed me to get involved in E2E aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.

I was exposed to diverse teams and global projects for lifecycle management initiatives, where I was able to contribute and even lead sub-teams.

I have been passionate about life sciences and healthcare since I was a child and I felt that this company was the right place to be, experiencing the real pharma world, close to the operations, where the magic of pharmaceutical production happens.

I was able to make solid connections and quickly develop a deep understanding of the industry in its many forms.
