Job Description

Purpose of the work

Support, administration and implementation of patient support strategies and local patient support programs and projects under the leadership of PS Manager and Medical Affairs Head Kazakhstan and with the support of a local and global patient services team.

Core Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Develop and implement best-in-class patient support programs across all therapeutic areas in alignment with local and global patient services policies while engaging with stakeholders (internal/external) and stakeholders from global patient services.
  • Evaluate and monitor the impact and execution of existing patient services, liaising with the departments involved to obtain feedback from service users and stakeholders such as HCPs, nurses, patient organizations, etc.
  • Evaluate and monitor the regulatory framework for patient support programs. Work with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to comply with commitments.
  • Organize necessary agreements, DD processes, contracts, and third-party trainings and maintain documentation of developed and existing programs in accordance with the design and guidance of Global Patient Services.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to patient support programs.
  • Compliance with global and local standards/policies for initiating and working with vendors on diagnostic and service programs.
  • Research on local and global suppliers of medical devices and laboratory services needed to implement patient support programs, complete and monitor procurement processes. Track all processes and suppliers.
  • Development, design of program materials, implementation of the approval process in the relevant systems according to the approval processes.
  • Reporting Cases Related to Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Unethical Behavior, Cybersecurity  

Required Role Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Higher education, preferably from fields related to medical sciences/biology/pharmacy
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in international pharmaceutical companies (minimum 1 yr)
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, data analysis, and budget management experience
