仕事内容: 

経営企画部門のITシステム担当者として、部門のデータ・デジタル活用を推進いただきます。そのために、ユーザエクスペリエンスの視点とＩＴ組織全体の戦略の両方の視点を持ってプロセス&システム全体を幅広く理解し最適な提案を行うとともに、責任を持ってソリューションの導入・運用を推進いただきます。

主な内容は以下の通りです。

• ビジネス部門の関係者と協働してデータ・デジタル活用のニーズを収集するとともに、IT化のロードマップ・実行計画を策定する

• データ・デジタルの活用による、新たなビジネスプロセスの創出支援および既存のビジネスプロセスの改善をリードする

• IT部門が所管している、経営企画部門向けの専用アプリケーション・ソフトウェア（以下）を適切に管理し、安定稼働に必要な保守・運用、システム開発を主導する

-経営会議サポートシステム（仮称：開発中）

-経営理念ダッシュボード （MS Power BIベースのアプリケーション）

-BSCアプリ（MS Power Platformベースのアプリケーション）

• 国内外のIT部門関係者と密に連携し、グローバルプラットフォームやアプリケーションの日本展開を支援する。また、関連するインフラおよびセキュリティ対応の実施を支援する

• ビジネス部門のゴール達成に役立つような、新たなテクノロジー関する知識を収集し応用する

• ビジネス部門のステークホルダーのデジタル デクステリティ向上に必要な施策を検討・実施する

経験・スキル：

〈必須〉

• ビジネスユーザとのコミュニケーションを通じて、課題の抽出・分析、システム化計画の立案、実行推進を担った経験のある方（経験年数5年～１０年程度を想定）

• コミュニケーション能力・エンゲージメントスキルに優れ、組織のゴール達成に向けてステークホルダーとの交渉や調整を粘り強く行い、合意形成を図ることができる方

• ＩＴに関する基礎的な知識（特にソフトウェア開発プロセス/ライフサイクルやそれらに付随する成果物に関する基礎的な知識）への興味や学習経験のある方（ITSSレベル2～を想定）

• グローバルプロジェクトへの参加経験（大小問わず）があり、海外メンバーとの円滑な英語コミュニケーション（読み書き、打ち合わせ等）が可能な方

• 四年制大学卒以上

We, the IT (Data Digital & Technology Department, DD&T), are responsible for planning, development, and operation of applications and software in the corporate division, as well as promoting the use of data and digital by providing IT infrastructure services that span the entire global company.

Job Details

As a business partner/product owner of IT systems for the Corporate Strategy department, you will drive the data and digital utilization of the department.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for understanding a wide range of processes & systems from both a user experience perspective and a strategy for the entire IT organization, making optimal proposals, and taking responsibility for the implementation and operation of the solutions.

The main responsibilities will include the following.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather data and digital utilization needs and develop an IT roadmap and implementation plan for the department.

• Support the creation of new business processes and lead the improvement of existing business processes using data and digital.

• Lead the maintenance, operation, and system development of the dedicated application software (below) for the Corporate Strategy Department under the jurisdiction of the DD＆T to ensure stable operation.

-Management meeting support system (tentative name: under development)

-Corporate Philosophy Dashboard (MS Power BI-based application)

-BSC Application (MS Power Platform-based application)

• Work closely with DD&T stakeholders to support the deployment of global platforms and applications in Japan. Also support the implementation of related infrastructure and security support.

• Gather insights on emerging technologies that will help the business unit achieve its goals.

• Review and implement measures necessary to improve digital dexterity for business unit stakeholders.

Experience/Skills

Required

• Experience in identifying and analyzing issues, developing systemization plans, and driving implementation through communication with business stakeholders (5-10 years of experience expected).

• Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to persistently negotiate and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and build consensus.

• Interest in and experience learning IT fundamentals, especially software development processes/lifecycles and related deliverables (ITSS level 2 or above is expected).

• Experience participating in global projects (regardless of size) and ability to communicate smoothly in English (reading, writing, meetings, etc.) with overseas members.

• Completion of a four-year university degree or graduate school.

Preferred

• Knowledge and experience in business operations related to business strategy.

• Experience in application development and operation.

• Experience as a project manager/leader, working with internal and external members to promote projects and release products.

• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure (network, security, etc.) related to application development and operations.

• Experience in agile software development

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 service functionality and system requirements
