TBS Solutions Hub Japan was established in November 2020 as part of Global TBS Experience organization headquatered in Lodz, Poland to appropriately and timely resolve inquiries from internal business partners and suppliers.

Solutions Specialist in TBS Solutions Hub collaborates with relevant functions to provide solutions to user and supplier by resolving queries and requests related to indirect procurement, invoice settlement and travel expense claim via Takeda Solutions Portal (TSP) and Takeda Supplier Solutions Portal (TSSP) on Service Now platform, in order to contribute to delivering exceptional People Experiences. On top of that Solutions Specialist contributes to improvements in process and system for query resolutions by providing feedbacks and participating in projects, and in Ariba P2P user engagement by supporting Ariba trainings.

ACCELERATE VALUE & MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

  • Work with colleagues and external vendors to realize project goals of implementing a new portals and workflows
  • Engaged in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for several Workstreams to ensure system functionalities
  • Support data entries in Employee Lifecycle Management activities
  • Support administrative activities of hiring and retirement related actions
  • Create as-is and to be flowcharts and SOP based on given instructions and through interviews of the task holders
  • Communications: create promotional materials and instructive site contents, support creation of on-line trainings and track training records
  • Conduct data-cleanup activities of employee data
  • Work as data scientist to create database and reports
  • Support meeting arrangements, logistics and other administrative tasks
  • Align between TBS or relevant project workstreams impacting the Area/Customer and enabling effective execution of projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience required
  • Workday, ServiceNow, or other HRIS experience required
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office products is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
  • Experience of working on global or regional system implementation projects required
  • ADP experience a plus, but not required
  • Working knowledge with Python, PowerAutomate or other system language or tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in Japanese and English required

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.

  • Flexible Work Styles: Flextime, Telework
