このポジションはJPBUのDD&T Data Management のData Engineeringチームに所属しています。Data Engineeringチームは、主にJPBUのコマーシャルシステム(実消化・マスタ管理・DWH・データマート・データ連携・BIなど)を担当し、各種マスタ管理、セールス&マーケティング、MRの活動、デジタルチャネル、マーケットデータなどに関するデータとシステムを扱っています。

職務内容

  • マスタ管理システム(MDM, Master Data Management)のシステム担当者
  • システム担当者の役割は以下などを含みます:

   ◇担当ベンダーと協力した日々の運用保守業務

   ◇武田のIT標準プロセスに則ったシステム管理

   ◇システムの改善業務

   ◇新規システム開発のプロジェクト業務

  • 将来的には他のシステムも担当して頂く可能性があります

応募要件

<学歴>

  • 大卒以上

<実務経験>

  • マスタ管理システム、データベース、業務系アプリケーションの2年以上の経験
  • 自ら手を動かしてのシステム開発やプログラミングの経験
  • 製薬関連システムの経験があれば尚可

<スキル・資格>

  • ビジネスコミュニケーション能力
  • 何らかのプログラミング言語(SQLは必須)
  • データベースやログなどを確認して自ら問題を解決するスキル
  • 開発や運用保守のチームを管理できる能力
  • プロジェクト管理能力
  • Informatica MDMの経験があれば尚可

<語学>

  • 日本語(ネイティブレベル)
  • 英語(ビジネスレベル)

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
