Audiovisual Communication Trainee

JOB FUNCTION:
Under a full-time agreement, the Audiovisual Communication Trainee will play a key role in supporting the Communication team by creating and adapting digital content that aligns with the broader communication strategy. This role requires the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals, including video and graphic design, to ensure the team’s messages resonate across internal and external digital platforms. The specialist will be responsible for video and photo editing, adapting content formats to suit various platforms, and providing creative support to enhance the team’s communication efforts.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Create and edit video and graphic content ensuring all outputs meet the highest quality standards.
Adapt formats for different platforms, ensuring the content is optimized for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.
Collaborate closely with the Communications team to translate strategic objectives into visual content that enhances audience engagement.
Provide technical and creative support for video production, including filming, editing, and post-production processes.
Support the team with photo editing and graphic design tasks as needed, ensuring consistency in brand visuals across all communication materials.
Assist in the development of digital campaigns by producing multimedia content that helps to amplify the team’s message.
Education:
Degree in Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Skills:
Video editing, graphic design, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva).
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support strategic communication initiatives.
Attention to detail, with a strong sense of design and layout.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with trends in digital content, video marketing, and multimedia formats.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and creative software.
