Job Description

The Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager role specializes in the recruitment and placement of prospective employees. This role is crucial for promoting the organization as a desirable workplace, executing full-cycle recruitment strategies, and ensuring the alignment of recruitment practices with organizational goals. The role supports Takeda's mission by attracting top talent which is essential for driving innovation and excellence in healthcare.

How you will contribute:
* Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals
* Develop and implement innovative full-cycle recruitment strategies
* Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes
* Engage in complex negotiations with potential hires
* Provide expert advice on recruitment practices and strategies
* Train and develop junior staff in recruitment best practices
* Act as a key spokesperson and consultant on recruitment matters within and outside the organization

* Proficient in conducting Full-Cycle Recruitment for various roles, capable of advising others and improving recruitment strategies.
* Advanced in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, capable of handling complex hiring scenarios and mentoring others in its use.
* Fully capable of executing complex recruitment strategies independently, advises others, and makes recommendations for process improvements.
* Advanced in talent sourcing, can independently handle complex situations and coach others.
* Expertly navigates complex negotiations, advises others on negotiation strategies, and contributes to the improvement of negotiation practices.
* Advanced in corporate recruitment, able to independently manage complex hiring processes, craft strategic job advertisements, and advise others in recruitment practices.
* Performs multitasking in highly complex situations without assistance, capable of advising others on effective multitasking strategies and anticipating future multitasking needs.
* Highly skilled in self-motivation, able to persist through highly complex challenges independently and provides guidance to others on staying motivated.
* Fully independent in influencing others, capable of applying advanced techniques in complex situations and coaching others on influencing skills.
* Expertly anticipates future needs and takes decisive action in complex situations, capable of advising others on proactive strategies.

As an expert professional within the organization, you develop innovative solutions to complex problems aligned with organizational objectives.
