Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist
Location: Rieti
RESPONSABILITA’
Definire, sviluppare e implementare un sistema di miglioramento continuo ai fini del raggiungimento degli obiettivi degli stabilimenti di Rieti e Pisa.
Identificare e facilitare l’applicazione delle iniziative Lean.
Facilitare e supportare, durante il loro ciclo di vita, iniziative di Operational Excellence come:
5S
Kaizen/Poka-yoke workshop
Identificazione e valutazione indicatori
Value Stream Mapping
Progetti Six-Sigma
SMED/Standard Work
Supportare lo sviluppo e il mantenimento dei modelli di capacità e il monitoraggio delle performance produttive per gli stabilimenti.
Supportare la messa a punto, l’esecuzione e il miglioramento continuo dei meccanismi operativi atti a monitorare le performance giornaliere (Tiers).
Supportare il deployment della cultura dell’eccellenza operativa attraverso l’erogazione di training e attività di coaching al personale.
Supportare e partecipare a progetti/iniziative global, garantendo la loro esecuzione a livello di sito.
DIMENSIONI E ASPETTI
Esperienza tecnico/funzionale
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno in ambito Operational Excellence in contesti produttivi di medie-grandi dimensioni (preferibilmente farmaceutico/biotecnologico).
Preferibile certificazione Lean/Six Sigma Yellow belt
Ottima conoscenza della Lingua Inglese scritta e parlata;
Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, specialmente Microsoft Excel (funzioni avanzate).
Buone capacità di project management.
Leadership
Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi attraverso l’analisi del target di business.
Crea chiarezza, favorendo l'allineamento e la responsabilità
Fa lo sforzo in più per incontrare le persone, capire prospettive diverse e collaborare efficacemente.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione, coaching ed analisi, attenzione al dettaglio.
Processi ed Autonomia decisionale
Ottima capacità di problem solving, attraverso l’utilizzo di tecniche per Ia definizione della causa radice ed identificazione azioni di miglioramento;
Buona autonomia decisionale durante gli incontri dei Tier.
Interazione
Team working ed ottima capacità di comunicazione tra le vane funzioni del Plant e del Global.
FORMAZIONE E COMPETENZE:
Laurea in discipline scientifiche, ad esempio Ingegneria gestionale o meccanica o chimica, CTF, ecc.
Competenze Lean/Six Sigma;
Competenze di Project Management.
