募集部門の紹介

成田工場(千葉県成田市)エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施して成田工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル(導入立上げ・運用・更新)を支えている部門です。

職務内容

成田工場における新規設備大型更新、および新製品導入・既存製品増産に伴う設備導入・新棟建設等のプロジェクトの実行メンバーとなり、成田工場の未来を作り、武田のビジネスの堅強な成長を直接支える業務です。

医薬品製造設備の各導入プロジェクトの担当者として以下の業務に従事いただきます。

- 設備仕様の検討

- 予算策定、管理、購入検討

- 工事設置、生産立ち上げ

- 機器や製造プロセスに関するレビューや技術的サポート

- スケジュール管理・リスク管理

- 社内外の関係者との調整・交渉

- FDA等の規制監査対応

※新規設備のFeasibility調査からクオリフィケーションまで、また既存設備の向上等多岐に渡ります。

応募要件

<実務経験>

5年以上の製造業での生産設備の保全業務または設備導入プロジェクト等の職務経験

設備仕様書を作成しその設備の購入・導入の経験

化学プラントでのエンジニアリング・保全業務、または製造現場の自動化オートメーション・包装機器改造・新規導入経験。設備投資案件においてプロジェクトマネジメント等の遂行・管理業務の経験(あれば尚可)

<スキル・資格>

英語の基本的なコミュニケーション能力と読み書き能力

薬事法、GMP、GLP、 HACCPなどの規制関連知識(あれば尚可)

エネルギ管理士、公害防止管理者、高圧ガス製造保安責任者、冷凍機械保安責任者、消防設備士、建築士等(あれば尚可)

<学歴>

機械工学、建築工学、または電気・電子工学エンジニアリングの学位、若しくは準ずる知見を有する技術者

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
