Job Description
PDT & HEMOPHILIA FRANCHISE LEAD:
- As the face of Takeda, the role will collaborate closely with all levels of stakeholders directly, including HCPs, KOLs, POs, payers, and all other levels of conventional and non-conventional stakeholders.
- Rolle should gain extensive medical knowledge in Plasma Derived Therapies and Haemophilia, as well as in depth understanding of patient journey, treatment protocols and (HCP) needs.
- Understanding of the relevant Market, healthcare system and closely monitoring of the competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with HCPs to engage on education, training, and connecting with patient organizations.
- Collaboration & support of cross-functional team to achieve Takeda’s business objectives: identification and addressing unmet need(s) and leveraging opportunities across the patient journey.
- Roll is expecting to gain comprehensive knowledge of tender management in the respective market, to be able to execute all aspects of the strategy related to the availability, marketing, and access (funding and pricing) of Takeda’s Haemophilia and PDT portfolio.
- Stakeholders mapping in the Public and Private sector, nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key influencers, Health Care Officials (HCO), prescribers and distributors at relevant information ensuring Takeda’s brands is on top of the mind.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies for both public and private sectors to ensure effective engagement and relationship management.
- Identify shared purpose among different levels of stakeholders and leverage this to co-create innovative solutions.
- Provide insight from the market required for Strategy development.
- Implement, and manage products strategies in conjunction with Commercial, Medical, Access & Pricing. Closely monitor the impact of initiatives on the market and be able to suggest reshaping if needed.
- Collaborate with Market Access department to support funding/access solutions for PDT and Haemophilia Takeda’s portfolio.
- Monitor relevant tender requirements and Liaison to Market Access and pricing team to be able to prepare for new tender(s) timeously and to ensure ongoing inclusion of Takeda’s brands.
- Explore and provide insight about different ways of Access & Founding for Takeda’s brands.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver commitments and align all activities with the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Head when working with government officials.
- Embrace and apply Takeda’s values, brought it to life through actions based on Patient Trust Reputation Business.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Education & Experience
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Stomatology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Pharma industry with a strong scientific and patient centric approach.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing role, experience in tender business and understanding of procurement policy.
- Experience in PDT and Haemophilia therapeutic area will be an added advantage.
