Job Description

Acting as a D&I Business Partner, you´ll be working for BU Therapeutic Areas providing relevant and timely added value with an independent perspective based on information on the market, competition and customer insights proactively and on a regular basis

Lead, coordinate, and establish Customer Excellence process designed to ensure the success of strategic business initiatives to deliver and improve results

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate information into a holistic report that provides actionable insights for brand teams, facilitating decision making based on insights

  • Ensures robust processes are in place for performance management and reporting, co-creating a holistic performance management plan at national and account level with brand team (and other relevant functions such as OCE etc.), providing added value.

  • Perform advanced analytics and modeling to identify patterns within data, uncover insights/brand opportunities and articulate actionable recommendations

  • Identification of data gaps and industry best practices of analytics implementation

  • Is an steward for data governance and data quality

  • Ensures data collection is conducted using corporate tools

  • Guarantees brand dashboards concentrate most relevant information, and the brands can understand their risk and opportunities in an easy-to-identify, bottom-up way

  • Interacts with regional peers to ensure local data is correctly ingested in the enterprise data lake

  • Liaises with Technology & Innovation Lead to automate processes and test new technologies

  • Is a data and technology consultant for the business unit when they implement a project to make sure data is collected in a way that can be reused in conjunction to other sources in the future

  • Ensure development of Customer and account insights (profiling, segmentation and targeting processes) in order to drive brand strategy

  • Establish a Digital, Data and Technology mindset and an insights driven decision-making culture by focusing not only improving performance within functions but also promoting collaboration across functions in all BU/LOC

  • Ensure Cohesiveness and Apply Learnings for a given Brand (and across them) and collaborate with all departments such as Marketing, Sales, Medical, Access, Finance, Regulatory or Global Procurement locally as well as with European counterparts.

Requirements:

  • A tech-savvy person with in an engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or statistics university degree. A master degree (eg an MBA) is a plus

  • An expert in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate)

  • Knowledgeable in Data Warehouse, CRM and MDM

  • Used to lead system enhancements with technical support teams

  • Oriented to Data Governance and Data Stewardship

  • Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Business-oriented, used to working together with the business units, brand teams or have commercial experience

  • Used to working in Agile or other project/deliverable-like methodologies

  • A team player, feeling yourself as a key part of a crossfunctional brand team

  • Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus

  • Experienced in working alongside multinational teams, influencing global/regional decisions
