The Opportunity
As a Senior Scrum Master you'llbedealingwith more complexsituations and you’llneed to workacrossfunctionalunits, and otherteams, and upperlevels of management. Youcanexpect to work on a wide variety of situationsinvolving more complexscalingfactors and variations.
In this role youwillensuretheeffectiveimplementation of Agileprinciples and practices at the program level, promotingcollaborationacrossmultipleteams, and ensuringthesuccessfuldelivery of value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Building a trusting and safeenvironmentwhereproblemscanberaisedwithanemphasis on consistentlyimproving and problem-solving.
- Facilitateagileevents on a Team and Programme(ART) level according to ScaledAgileFramework.
- Alignteams to common PI objectives and coordinateinteractionwithotherteams of one'sown and otherunits to managedependencies.
- Mitigate variability in productdevelopment by establishing a consistentdevelopmentcadence and fostering a customer-centricrelease management approach.
- Additionally, contribute to theimplementation of DevOpspractices to enhanceoverallproductdevelopment and deliveryefficiency
- Offerconceptual and innovativeapproaches to improvetheorganizational agility.
- Guide, coach, and mentor more junior or aspiringScrumMasters.
- Act as a trustedrepresentativeforthe team in committees, coordinatewith IT colleaguesfromotherteams, and are SPOC fortheproductowner and release manager or otherfunctionsfromthe business.
- Deliverongoingtrainingforthe team, productowners, developers, and testers to consolidate and supportthefuturedevelopment of agilemethods in theorganization.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of ScrumMasterexperienceleadingsmall-mid-sizedagileteams
- Minimum 5 years of IT/SW deliveryexperienceworking in agileenvironment
- Has identifiableimpact on results of the team and program or productlevels
- Demonstrableexperience to applyScrumprinciples, practices, and theory of Scrum, Kanban, AgileDevelopment and Integration
- Stronganalyticalskills to graspcomplexities and identifyrelationshipsbetweenproblems, risks, issues, and solutions; ability to workwith a team to reach a consensus
- Solid Team and Organizationalcoachingexperience to realizebenefitsarisingfromAgilePrinciples, self-management, empowerment, incrementaldeliveries, and inter-team cooperation
- Ability to adapt to a changingenvironment
- Provenability to continuallybuildjobknowledge & skills
Preferred
- Has knowledgeacrossseveraldifferentagiledisciplines
- Industry-recognizedAgile, ScaledAgile and / or DevOpsQualifications
- PreferredUniversityTechnicalDegree (or equivalentexperience)

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €3800 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
